Where is it?

Tracking an order

Every parcel leaves Indore, Madhya Pradesh with a tracking number. Here is where the number comes from, what each status actually means, and what to do when it stops moving.

The three messages you should get

1

Order confirmed

Sent the moment payment or the COD order is accepted. It carries your order number — that is the number to quote in any email, not the tracking number.

2

Dispatched, with the AWB

Sent when our courier partners collect, after 1-2 business days of handling. This email carries the tracking (AWB) number and a direct link to the courier’s own tracking page.

3

Out for delivery

Sent by the courier on the morning of the attempt, usually with a phone number for the delivery rider.

How to track

Open the link in the dispatch email, or take the AWB number to the website of the courier named in that email — our courier partners. The courier’s own page is always more current than any figure we can quote you.

  • Metro addresses: about 2-4 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: about 4-9 business days after dispatch.
  • In transit end to end, 3-9 business days; overall 3-6 business days to a metro address and 5-10 business days elsewhere from the time you order.

No tracking email? Check the spam folder first, then write to customercare@calivoraterrace.shop with your order number and we will resend the AWB the same working day. That address is the one to use for everything below too.

How this catalogue travels

Small light parcels sometimes move through India Post rather than a private network, which scans less often. A quiet tracking page on a Post consignment is not a lost parcel.

Ceramic and glazed pots ship double-boxed with a collar around the rim, which is where a pot chips first. Plastic and resin planters nest inside one another where the sizes allow it, and saucers travel flat between boards so they cannot rock against a glazed edge.

When tracking stops updating

Two days, no scanNormal. Scans happen at hubs, not continuously, and a parcel can sit on a line-haul truck for a day or two between them.
Four days, no scanWrite to us with the order number. We open a trace with our courier partners and stay on it until the parcel moves or is declared lost.
Marked delivered, nothing arrivedTell us within 48 hours. We ask the courier for the proof of delivery — the signature and the GPS point of the scan — and if it was not delivered to you we replace or refund it.
Delivery attempted, you were outCouriers reattempt twice. Reply to the courier’s SMS with a time that works, or call the rider’s number on it — the reattempt is arranged with them, not with us.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the outer carton before you open it and the item beside it after, then send both to us within 48 hours of delivery. That is all the evidence a courier claim needs, and it is far easier to gather at the door than a week later.
