Ten days, unused and in its packing
A planter that has been filled with soil, or drilled for extra drainage, cannot go back on a shelf. Unused and in its original packing, it returns without argument.

From the day the parcel is delivered, to tell us you want to return.

After the returned item is back with us and has passed inspection.

With photographs of the parcel and its contents, for anything broken, chipped or wrong.
Asking for a return
Write to customercare@calivoraterrace.shop inside the window and we will issue a return authorisation within one to two working days, along with the address to send it back to.
What we can take back
Unused, in its original packing with the saucer, fixings and the invoice, and with any protective wrap still on. A planter that has been filled with soil, drilled or fixed to a railing cannot come back.
What we cannot take back
- planters that have been filled with soil or planted up
- pots drilled for extra drainage
- railing planters already fitted to a bracket
- items marked or stained by compost or fertiliser
- clearance and final-sale items, marked as such on the product page
- gift cards
Damaged, defective, wrong or missing
Photograph the parcel as you open it. An unbroken unboxing video is the evidence that settles a courier damage claim fastest and is strongly recommended, though photographs of the carton and its contents are enough for us to open one.
Report the problem within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer carton and the contents, and the video if you have one. We replace the item or refund it in full, and in these cases return shipping is on us. You do not pay to send back something that arrived broken.
How the refund reaches you
Once the item is back and has passed inspection the refund is approved and processed within 7 business days to the original payment source. Prepaid UPI orders return to the same handle or bank account. For a Cash on Delivery order we collect your bank or UPI details in writing before transferring, because there is no card trail to reverse.
